[Mldxcc] MLDXCC 175 mile club radius

Those that need to check the MLDXCC club radius may want to try the 
following free web sites: 

www.freemaptools.com   use "Radius around point" tool
www.gpsvisualizer.com   radius tool is in the "calculators" section

I used the coordinates for the Pine Grove Post Office:  N38.4118, 
-120.6533  (or N38 deg 24.7080', -120 deg 39.1967'). 

There may be another point that had been agreed to, but I don't know it 
(and at a computer screen or 8.5 by 11 inch scale I doubt it matters).

If there is a specific point in Pine Grove that has been defined as the 
center, please let me know.

If we have missed anyone, let me know who and we can consider adjusting 
the center.
