[Mldxcc] 35 mile club radius--possible change to club center?

IMO, the center stays as it is and MLDXCC participates in club competitions
as a 'medium' club (if we can get ARRL to recognize that).
We have members in Yankee Hill in the north, Virginia City to the
east, San Jose & Twain Harte to the south.
I see this as affecting the 10 & 160 contests in December and possibly
the ARRL
DX contests in Feb/ March if NCCC does not make an effort. MLDXCC SS scores
are listed with NCCC. ( I think we have only one or two that are not
also NCCC.)
If we were to be considered a 'local' club with the 35 mile radius, we
may get some
static from REDXA in CQP...NCCC uses ARRL rules for club determination.
