For this contest, I had the privilege of operating at Bob's (K6XX) QTH  
as part of the AK6M M/2 team competition -- and I had a great time.

My personal feeling is that these types of internal team competitions  
should be encouraged.

But the real value here isn't ramping up a high score --- it's giving  
less-experienced members an opportunity to improve their contesting  
skills and confidence.

Using M/2, M/S, M/M, etc. internal team competitions as "learning  
laboratories" for our members should be an ongoing Club goal.
