I am sorry to hear of Gary's passing, we had a nice chat at the last mldxcc 
meeting, he was in good spirts, I am glad I was able to make that meeting 
and chat with him one last time. Gary was a valuable asset to our club, as 
well as a great DX resource, his knowledge and experience will not be 
replaced.
A few of weeks ago, just before the arrl phone contest, Gary called and 
asked Norm and me to give him a hand intergrating his new IC-756 Pro III 
into his station, since we both had the same radio and had recommended it to 
him.  All was setup to his satification, although I'm sure he never got the 
time to programm it totally to his tastes. Before we went to his home, we 
also shared lunch, it was a good ol' HAM get-together lunch, and the BS was 
flowing freely, as well as the laughter.
Gary, use your infulence with the "OM" to keep the path open for the rest of 
us, we are not too far behind.  73, KI6T-SK
