[Mldxcc] Mother Lode Logo

[SHIRLEY ROSE]

As we have a club logo shouldn't we be using it on our web site, news letter, and other correspondence?  I notice the logo has a (TM) symbol. Did the MLDXCC register this trade marked logo?  If not do we have permission to use it?
