He is my rate summary.  During the storm I used the beverages to receive on 40 and 80.  I was able to switch between north / south and east / west which made a huge difference for me.  With the east / west beverage if I heard a very weak station calling, I would click in the north / south beverage and the signal would be no problem to copy.  As long as they were in Oregon, Washington or Southern Ca. If you can put up a beverage do it they make a big difference.
I also want to thank Chris N6WM for helping me get this report done.  He has a lot of Patience.
