Don't let the crummy propagation forcast scare you off from the ARRL Ten Meter 
Test. Good things can happen for stations that get on the air. 

ND6S will try CW Friday evening and SSB on Saturday afternoon looking for ten 
meter techs. I'll look for Asia and Oceania on Saturday afternoon, too. Ten was 
open 0001-0300Z during CQWW. Give it a try!
