[Mldxcc] CQWW and ARRL 10 Meter Contest

The ARRL 10 Meter contest is on the weekend of December 14/15.  Conditions should be fantastic this year and it's a good contest for phone-only contesters. 

At our last meeting, we discussed the 10 Meter contest and the club would really like to see a serious effort this year.  Based on everyone's efforts for CQP, I think that we can easily place in the top-ten for the Medium Club category.   The ARRL had us listed in the Local Club category last year, with 8 MLDXCC logs received.  We did 729K.  Listed below are the top 17 clubs for the 2012 10 Meter contest.  If we can get our small stations all to crank out 50-100 Q's, and our flame throwers to really smoke this year, I think we can double last year's score and place in the top ten.

This is a contest very similar to CQP.  You can work SSB or CW or both.  

Alabama Contest Group made top-ten with 19 logs.  We had 36 logs for CQP, so I KNOW we can do it!  

The ARRL 10 Meter contest is NOT a NCCC focus contest, so we own this one.  Reserve the date and send out some RF with MLDXCC's name on it!!  .
