I was in Tractor Supply today to get some bar oil for the chain saws. I 
found a clearance bin with Braided Polypropylene rope on sale.

100' of 3/8" ( 133 lbs load ) or 50" 1/2" ( 200 lbs load ) for $ 3.99.

I'm not sure if it is only at the TSC in Jackson or at most others but 
it seemed like an inexpensive price for 100' of hand line to haul a 
bucket up a tower, tag line, temporary wire antenna support rope, etc.

Would not use it on the face of El Capitan but may be handy for tower or 
antenna jobs.
