So where are we???  Are we going to do the 10 M and RTTY/RU as MLDXCC or not???

IMO, difficult to compete against east coast due to population 
density. Once band is 'closed', they can work a lot on ground wave

contests we do emphasize. 
According to NCCC's contest calendar, club has RTTY RU as a
      'focus'
event. MLDXCC also has it as a 'focus' event. Not much has been

by NCCC that I have heard. IMO, we need to make a determination
      well
ahead, publicize and coordinate so that people can make a choice.
