[Mldxcc] Fw: [NCCC] ARRL 10M

I would prefer to do the 10M contest.  I can't see the rules as it looks
like the ARRL website is down but from the calendar it looks good..  I know
it's very difficult to ever win 10M and above contests because 1/2 our
gridsquares are in a big ocean but on the other hand, we have Japan :-)
