[Mldxcc] OK - what is a QTC

Thank you Rick, that was a great explanation. Eventually I programmed a
macro that was exactly "No QTC Sorry - 73 & GL and used it until that solar
flare seemed to wipe me out. A few hours later I couldn't hear anything
from EU, but I worked a bunch of Japanese stations for their contest as
propagation to Japan on 10M seemed to be better.
I'm really looking forward to SS this weekend. Still debating about 40M -
but I am sure I will give it a try.
