Sweepstakes is actually a domestic contest, or at least a mainly North America 
contest.  The only multipliers are in US states (and some territories like KP4 and 
KP2) and in Canada.  You can look them all up in the SS rules on the ARRL website 
for SS.  

Your computer logging program probably has a "multipliers worked" window which 
lists them all.  It's fun to watch this window fill up during the contest!

You should NOT expect to work many DX QSO's from EU, Asia, Australia, etc. in 
Sweepstakes

BUT!  A look at:

www.cqww.com/rules.htm

will tell you all about the CQWW DX contest.  (Phone is the last weekend in 
October; CW is the last weekend in November.)  This contest (both modes) is a 
wonderful place to increase your DXCC tally!!
