I guess the ARRL doesn't get these things out very quickly. I got the Winning Certificate for the 2013 IARU HF World Championship for East Bay Section, Low power Phone in the mail today! Woohoo!! The sad thing is I can't remember entering, though obviously I did! Emily N1DID
