Comments:
   
   - Contest Club Ontario, 4 last year, has made a serious effort this year.   

   - DFW, #2 last year, is out of the race.   

   - SCCC, #1 last year has too many missing scores to rule them out.   

   - Mad River, #6 last year, has their act together.
