Some of the currently known restrictions Dom will be faced with include
five days, three bands, 100 watts and a vertical.

While in the capital city he will be required to sign an agreement. If this
all comes together Dom plans to be QRV on 20 Meters SSB for 5 days in
the January/February
2016 time frame. He is hopeful this will possibly lead to future operations
from P5.
