[Mldxcc] Aug meeting date

We may want to consider moving date of August meeting from
the 22nd to the 8th. It appears NCCC is scheduling a meeting
on the 22nd. This would mean that there would only be two
weeks between meetings.
It will conflict with WAE CW, but not sure how much one would
miss by not being present mid-day in August.
Shirl...do you want to put this on the agenda or handle by BoD?
