[Mldxcc] VKOEK on 80m

I also worked them at about 7:20, but I thought they were close to ESP.  The 
pileup was small, and it also didn't take many calls, but I could barely 
hear them on my rotatable dipole.  But it shows in DXA as a good contact, so 
I guess they heard me after all.
Has anyone heard/worked FT4JA on 80 or 160?
