[Mldxcc] VKOEK on 80m

I heard them work W6SR but didn't have good
enough copy to call until 7:15.  I listened
on a low dipole, and they were just above
ESP, but I got into the log.  TX antenna
was a vertical.

Considering that Europe can often be worked
on 80 long path in the morning, and the
fact that Juan de Nova is on the way, but
1000's of miles closer, it seems like FT4JA
should be entirely doable.
