[Mldxcc] VP8STI asking for West Coast

Today Thursday the 20th at 22:00Z VP8STI on SSB was asking for West Coast
stations.  Perhaps he will do that again, it is worth checking over the next
days.  Do not be concerned about his signal strength, if you can hear him
try to make the contact!
