[Mldxcc] VP8STI asking for West Coast

Got 'em today... Abt an S-1 with QSB.  Took 1500 watts and the log periodic to do it.

Perhaps he will do that again, it is worth checking over the next days.  Do not be concerned about his signal strength, if you can hear him try to make the contact!  Dave--W6DE
