[Mldxcc] DX Spot: VK0EK 24.910 up 1

Let's see:  wrong QRG, wrong split, wrong
beam heading (around 135 degrees here), not
on DXA, and I am now hearing him working
simplex.  I can't hear the station well
enough to copy, but I'm sure we can eliminate
VK0EK.  Whoever he is, he is working south
americans, which makes sense given the
beam heading.
