[Mldxcc] MLDXCC eligibility

I have used AG6AU in several contests.  Mostly WPX.  NCCC has AG6AU listed.

 IMO, a club station should be operated by a member or if
 a multi-op, a majority of members. 
 Will add K6LRG. 
 Are there others we should add? W1RH is trustee of AG6AU, 
 for instance. Unless operation is planned with a club call, I will
 research & revise later.

This brings up an interesting point. You and the station K6LRG are both within the club circle, but K6LRG is not listed on our eligibility list. If you submit the log as K6LRG, with you as operator, I don't know if it will get rejected.
