[Mldxcc] [NCCC] Remember to send in your CQP Logs

It's 91.5 hours until the CQP Log deadline. Please remember to submit 
your log to the convenient log submission page:
http://robot.cqp.org/cqp/logsubmit-form.html

We're up to around 840 logs submitted; however, there are still some 
counties and states with no logs submitted.
