[Mldxcc] [NCCC] CQ Magazine Questions ARRL re. Code of Conduct and Censure of N6AA

I've been waiting for Chris to weigh in since he indicated he would be
providing some note on what occurred at the Pacific Division leadership
meeting a couple of weeks ago, but I at least want to get this out there.

Extreme displeasure with the code of conduct was voiced by the majority
of the audience. Bob was asked if he would make a motion at the next BOD
meeting to repeal the code of conduct and Bob agreed to do so. No
mention was made of reversing the censure of N6AA.

It's my opinion that the censure of N6AA is the first step in having him
removed from the board, either by some type of back room
disqualification or by smearing him so that his division does not
reelect him.
