[Mldxcc] AB-1785 Distracted Driving

AB1785 ... CW loophole:  Mount a paddle on the dash. The law says
dash-mounted devices are okay if they are activated by a "single swipe or
tap of the driver’s finger."    Sending CW is nothing more than a series of
finger taps, right?
