[Mldxcc] QSL Cards

Other than Ogasawara, there was only one JA card. I generally don't
even try for JA, I have enough in that deck and I'm ashamed that I don't
QSL as faithfullly. ;-) It's almost as bad as collecting W6 cards.

I've been able to get two ATNO this week; 9G5X (Ghana) and 5U5R on two
bands (Niger), plus added to the Ivory Coast collection with TU7C but
Nepal is clearly, solidly IGNORING other than EU/AS (look at the Clublog
stats, the few NA worked are likely accidental). The percentage of NA
has risen to 2% and if we're not being ignored, the 'collection of well
known DXers' aren't bothering with using any propagation at all. I'm
not alone in the frustration, it would be new to me. Yet they are
(online) BRAGGING about how they're paying attention to everything (the
stats disprove that soundly).

Africa has been a mid-afternoon (our time) affair with the current
conditions. A few have worked them on 160M (about 1 UTC) but pay
attention from ~3PM - Midnight local and you should be able to snag
them. Both TU7C and 5U5R were on 160 last night, I saw stations working
them... not even ESP here. With a slight increase in solar activity,
Thursday looks promising (17th, St Patty's day).

For sucky conditions, DXing is still fun and I'm REALLY building up an
interest in Top Band.

Now for a rant; how do we get folks to understand USE the DX Code of
Conduct? There are LOADS of really bad ops on all bands; DQRM has risen
it's head... How do we fix this?
