[Mldxcc] Looking for VEs or Ideas

Jerry is correct.  ARRL and W5YI are both VEC's and list exam locations
with lead VE's.  The closest to Grass Valley is:

He gives tests monthly in Granite Bay.  Contact to see if he could do it.
