[Mldxcc] Deleted countries

I guess it's a good thing I confirmed them last month before I got my 3 
DXCC awards (in the mail today, plus 4 single bands).... yeah, I broke 
down and did the paperwork.


A few more confirmations and I'll be able to order up more certs and 
stickers.
