[Mldxcc] 160 & 10 M RTTY

I'm going to attempt to double my points in 160 this year. The 160 
contest is on the Mother Lode's list of contests in which we compete but 
it's a low participation event for us. If NCCC asks for the points then 
I'd send them there. If not, put them towards Mother Lode to show 
activity for the club.

Like all other RTTY contests, Mother Lode supports NCCC. If you're a 
member of both clubs give them to NCCC, otherwise give them to MLDXCC.
