[Mldxcc] CQWW SSB Lack of Pacific stations

Seemed like enough JA action from my perspective: 96 in about the last 2 
hours of the contest on 15m SOSB. N6WM worked 279, also SOSB on 15m. But 
I'd agree there weren't as many of the other regular Asia stations as I 
would have expected. Can't speak for the other bands...
