[Mldxcc] CQWW SSB Lack of Pacific stations

I will admit that I haven't been doing this very long, so I don't really 
have a reference to past contests. Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan are 
rare for me so the fact that I got them with no trouble may be skewing 
my perspective.
