[Mldxcc] [NCCC] Maximize your RTTY Roundup score

Here is my observation from last year, as posted on 3830:

"A great decision was getting up at 3am to score a long run of JAs on 
40, by far my best run for the entire contest."

So this year, I'm taking my first break between 11pm or midnight and 
3am. But that's just me...
