[Mldxcc] CQP 2017 Final Results Now Available

I blame Bob W1RH for being a do-gooder and going to Glenn County instead of
racking up 70,000 points at home! Lol jk... this is cool though! We have
some competition now!

This is pretty cool! Love the close battle in the top 3 for Small Non
California Clubs.

Congrats to PL259! Red DX right behind (difference of 1-2 logs)
