[na-user] Try again for MLTZIP.ZIP

Due to a communications snafu between Tom and I, it was incorrectly reported that the new
MLTZIP.ZIP file had been uploaded to the web site.  This was my fault, and I apologize.

This evening, Tom uploaded the new MLTZIP.ZIP to the web site (I was sitting in the room 
this time, so I'm pretty sure!).  The new file has a file size of 22,841 bytes and is dated
08-10-97.

I have a logistics problem here that my darn Netscape 2.01 will not let me download the
MLTZIP.ZIP file to verify things.  When I try to download it, Netscape wan't me to install
some sort of add-in to handle .ZIP files.  I don't wanna read it, I just wanna download it.
Anybody know how to fix this?
