I am running NA under DOS 6.22 and the missing keystroke syndrome was very
pronounced.  I was using v10.20 for the NAQP when I first noticed it.  One
thing I tried was reinstalling v10.19 and the same problem existed with
it.  I also tried another keyboard with, of course, the same problem.
To summarize, the problem for me apparently started with v10.19
