This is correct.  The Cabrillo spec uses A = 50, B = 144, C = 222, etc. 
just like the contest writeups in QST.  I questioned the Cabrillo author, 
N5KO about this but he said that all the ARRL cared about was the band so 
it was decided to go this way.
