Mike,

Exit the program and select the "<W>rite Files To Disk" option.  You'll 
find a file called FileName.LOG, where FileName is the base filename of 
your .QDF log file.  FileName.Log is the Cabrillo file, which you should 
rename to N2MG.LOG before submitting it to the ARRL.
