[na-user] Custom exchange setup?

Hello all,
I'm a new user of NA, and I'm trying to set it up for the QRP-TTF contest 
next weekend. I've got most of it figured out but can't seem to get the 
exchange received set up correctly. The exchange is RST QTH # Name, which 
is not on the TE list of exchanges. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
