[NA-User] NAQP QTH question

In NAQP the multipliers are "Non-North American countries, maritime mobiles 
and aeronautical mobiles do not count as multipliers, but may be worked for 
QSO credit."

Non North American countries have to be put in as "DX" in the QTH field.
