Bob,

The fix is to add another selection to NA which will use the "standard" 
pinout.  We'll do this in a release coming before CQWW CW.

It's somewhat frustrating to me that NA was the first to support switching 
boxes for SO2R (actually by one or two years) with a logical, coherent 
selection of LPT pins.  It was only much later that the other programs 
picked up this support, and picked oddball pins which we must now support 
as well.
