[NA-User] New Sections File

An updated NA archive file ZIP1059.EXE has been posted to the NA web 
site.  This updated file contains the revised SECTIONS.MLT file which 
reflects the new Northern Territories (NT) abbreviation for VE8, VY1, VE0, 
et al.

The sections multiplier file is the only change - all other files remain 
the same.
