A very simple way might be to intentionally change the call to a dupe of a previous contact.

I was reviewing the field day logs and typed in a call to see if we
had worked them........This was a couple days after the contest and was
checking on one of the other local clubs I belong to......Anyway I don't
know if I hit enter by mistake or if it just took it cause our SSB
operator worked them during the nite but now I can't seem to edit it out
with anything I can understand from reading the manual.......Guess it
wouldn't be a problem but at the close of the contest I did a write log
command but for some reason it is not on the floppy and I am gonna have
to try and rewrite and definetely do not want to try it with the bad
contact still in........Can anybody help me in simple easy to understand
way to edit this thing out.......Boy sure learned a lesson this
time......make sure the log wrote to disc before you do
anything........................
Thanks a lot in advance

Use NAU.EXE (NA Utility) that should be in the same NA directory.

There is a function in NAU to remove a QSO from the actual .QDF log file.
(You will need the callsign of the QSO.)

Once the QSO is removed, you can reopen the logfile in NA and write it out
to the disk.
