[NA-User] NA 10.63 Now Available At DATOM Online

Just installed 10.63 and it still has an issue I had with 10.61

I enter a call with a "slash", such as WD4AHZ/KL7

When "Confirm Edited Call After Exchange" is checked, it sends the 
entire call even when no correction was made to the call.

The "Confirm With Partial Callsign" doesn't appear to do anything when 
making a correction to a call.

Then again ... maybe it's just me!
