[NCC] Another Question

Ooooppps..I forgot to include the obvious question in my last post-- Under the WRTC rules, what strategy  would you use to win?  

Final standings will be determined by total CW Q's, total SSB Q's and total mults.  Each winner earns 300 pts per category along with 100 pts for a pile-up competition (don't get me started on that!). Teams earn a percentage of points based on how close they are to the leader in each category.  How would you try to win?
