[NCC] Spring from KL7

A very fun 4 hours yesterday.  I appologize for all the sloppy CW. The 
laptop wouldn't send CW, so went to the keyer.  The op is rusty and the 
keyers were even worse.  After 2 years in storage, neither of my keyers 
would work right.  I think a better ground is needed too.  This was a FD 
type effort with no advanced testing - shame on me.

Yesterday's effort was barefoot with a low dipole.  I'm unpacking my trusty 
SB220 and working on getting some wire up higher.  After the fun of 
yesterday, I'll be in the sprints as much as I can, and hopefully some other 
contests as well.

I worked about 110 with 36 mults.  Catch you next time.
