[NCC] Contester's finger

I am wondering if any other club members are having the
same problem that I am?  Over the years I have been
contesting using the middle finger of my right hand to hit 
half the letter keys, the insert button and the + sign.  I am
now having a problem with that knuckle swelling up.  I
didn't relate this to contesting until the 160 contest this
weekend and I realized I was putting a lot of stress on
this digit.  If I make 600 Q's and use that finger about
five times each contact, I'm using it as a poker about
3,000 each weekend.  I am now spreading the load out 
over more fingers to take care of the problem.  Has 
anyone else had this or similar problems.
