[NCC] Wx advisory: K8AZ open house

For those planning to make it to the annual K8AZ open house on Saturday afternoon, just a reminder:  to the extent possible, please plan to park in the driveway, with the whole gang "parking each other in".  Since there is one mass migration to Jim's around 7:30, we can unpark everyone then, and even if you're planning to stay for the short pre-K8MR NCC meeting, we can unsort eveyone at that time.
 
Chesterland experienced a bad ice storm on Wednesday.  Consequently, the base layer on top of the driveway is about 1/2" of ice.  This is currently covered with about 3" of snow, with more snow expected today and tonight.  Put another way, the dogs -- who have no trouble trotting across the frozen pond -- find the footing extremely difficult; you should expect the same.  Please wear appropriate footwear for walking on compacted snow on top of ice, and PLEASE BE CAREFUL:  the footing is treacherous!
 
Having said that, the weather is supposed to clear Saturday morning and, footing aside, should be FB for the Saturday festivities.  Looking forward to seeing the gang then.
