[NCC] A Sweepstakes Reminder

Sweepstakes hasn't changed, but the world around it has. With the change  
from Daylight Savings to Standard time coming a week later beginning this year,  
it now occurs in the middle of SS.  Therefore SS does not start until 5 pm  
EDT on Saturday. It still ends at 10 pm EST Sunday evening. Which is to say, it  
still runs from 2100z Saturday to 0300z Monday.
 
So don't be on the air at 4 pm Saturday working guys!
