I've read all the BS and totally biased opinions that one can possibly stand, so I'm looking for personal experience or some good information regarding the Yaesu FT 950 and the FT 2000.  I'm looking for a second rig to go with my Mark V Field, or possibly replace the Mark V? In which case, I'll still be looking for another backup.   I've been without a backup for a year and I always worry about Murphy striking at any moment.  

So if there are some thoughts out there, I would really appreciate hearing it from those who know.
